T.I. & Chris Brown to Star in New Movie “Takers”

Looks like T.I. and Chris Brown have landed themselves some fairly promenant roles in the upcoming flick “Takers”  that also stars Idris Elba, Hayden Christensen and Paul Walker. Takers centers on a notorious group of criminals who continue to baffle police by pulling off perfectly executed bank robberies. They are in and out like clockwork, leaving no evidence behind and laying low in between heists.

(Video) The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus Trailer

This is the first look at the last film Heath Ledger acted in. To finish filming his parts, Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Farrell were cast to portray his character transformed in other dimensions.

The film follows the leader of a travelling theatre troupe who, having made a deal with the Devil, takes audience members through a magical mirror to explore their imaginations.

It is set to be release on October 16th in the UK and on Christmas Day in the US. It’s gonna be a great movie.

District 9 – Trailer HD

Here’s the first full trailer look at District 9. I originally had no plans to see it but based on this preview I might give it a shot.

Thirty years ago, aliens made first contact with Earth. Humans waited for the hostile attack, or the giant advances in technology. Neither came. Instead, the aliens were refugees, the last survivors of their home world. The creatures were set up in a makeshift home in South Africas District 9 as the worlds nations argued over what to do with them. Now, patience over the alien situation has run out.
