Gilbert Arenas Charged With Gun Felony

Washington Wizards guard Gilbert Arenas has been charged with a felony in connection with last month’s locker room confrontation with a teammate.

Arenas was charged Thursday with one count of carrying a pistol without a license.

The charges were filed in D.C. Superior Court in an “information,” a document that generally signals a plea deal.

His lawyer had no immediate comment.

Arenas has said he kept multiple guns in his locker at the Verizon Center. He claims he wanted to keep them away from his children and didn’t know it was illegal.

He says he took them out of the locker on Dec. 21 in a “misguided effort to play a joke” on a teammate.

Arenas has been suspended indefinitely by the NBA.

Jay-z to Perform at Empire State of Mind at World Seres Game 1

Looks like its set after a few days of uncertainty. Jay-z and Alicia Keys will be performing Empire State of Mind at the 1st game of this years World Series in the new Yankees stadium. Jay-z tells MTV how it came about. All through the playoffs, the Yankees have been playing the new Blueprint 3. Derek Jeter has “Empire State of Mind” play during his at-bats while Alex Rodriguez’s theme songs have been “Already Home” and “Reminder.”

Kanye West & Lady Gaga “Fame Kills” Tour Dates Announced

With the stunt Kanye pulled last night and Lady Gaga’s next level of ridiculous outfits both have caused quite a storm. And its just in time as dates and ticket information for their new co-headlining tour “Fame Kills” being announced today. Video: Beyonce Brings Taylor Swift Onstage

After KanYe absolutely crushed Taylor Swift live in front of millions of people, Beyonce won the award for Best Video (which kind of validates Yeezy’s point… I”m just sayin’). Instead of any acceptance speech, Bey brings out Taylor Swift so she can have her moment on MTV because she remembered what it was like for her to be up there at 17 with Destiny’s Child. A truly amazing and classy moment from one of the best in the business.
